Awards at the 2015 Conference

Posters and oral presentation advice

You should receive confirmation by e mail of which award category your abstract submission has been entered into, if this information has not been relayed to you or you are uncertain then please contact the conference organiser Dr R McAndrew mcandrew@cf.ac.uk or the Society Awards Administrator P.W.Smith@liverpool.ac.uk for clarification.

The closing date for ALL submissions is January 31st 2015

Schottlander Oral presentations
Details of expected length are stated in the member's section of the website, but to clarify, Schottlander Oral Presentations should last about 20 minutes with 5 - 10 minutes for questions from the judging panel. Data projection facilities will be made available and presentations should be in PC (PowerPoint) format. If you wish to present via a Mac interface then you should inform the Society Awards Administrator before the Conference.

Schottlander Poster presentations
Posters should be AO (1189mm x 841mm) in size and in portrait form. Poster boards and fixings will be provided at the conference venue. Posters will be expected to be displayed through the whole day of Friday 27th March 2015 and attended between 1.30 and 2.30pm. Ideally posters should not be removed from the display boards until the end of the day.

Notification of prize winners

This takes place on Saturday 28th March 2015.
