Currencies

All transactions are processed in UK pounds.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order you must do so with 28 days of purchase by sending an email to our online sales adminsitrator at admin@bsspd.org. Please quote your name and address in all correspondence. Cancellations within 6 weeks of a conference date will result in a 65% administration fee (equivalent to the fees payable by ourselves for such a cancellation).

Fraudulent transactions

All fraudulent transactions will be notified to the relevant authorities and legal action will be taken.
